EduPilot is an AI tool for assistance only. We are not responsible for academic grading, errors in AI responses, or plagiarism accusations.

Users are solely responsible for how they use the information provided by EduPilot. Our AI-generated content should be used as a study aid and verification tool, not as a substitute for independent learning or academic integrity. Use your own judgment when applying AI-generated advice to your studies.

3. Copyright & Content Ownership

Users must not upload copyrighted textbooks, exams, or materials they do not own or have the right to distribute.

By uploading documents to EduPilot, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions. We adhere to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will remove infringing content upon valid notice.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse our services. This includes not interfering with our service or trying to access it using a method other than the interface and the instructions that we provide.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EduPilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
